1 General Terms & Definitions

In these Terms, "okbae", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the okbae online gaming platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on okbae who is using the platform's services.

okbae is an online gaming and entertainment platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and a range of other gaming services. The following terms apply to the use of these services.

By starting to use our services, it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and shall be considered the original document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be regarded as authoritative.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on okbae, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any information provided at registration changes, you are required to update your account details promptly.

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

• The name, address, and identity information provided at registration must be accurate.
• okbae may request identity documents or other records at any time for verification purposes.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

okbae reserves the right to carry out account verification procedures at any time for security purposes. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Restriction

okbae's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Preventing underage individuals from using the gaming platform is our responsibility and our highest priority.

If an underage person creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on okbae are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (same for all methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required during verification or security review.

okbae does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, charges from the payment service provider may apply. okbae reserves the right to hold any transaction for investigation if suspicious financial activity is detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

okbae offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not contribute equally across all games — please check the specific bonus terms.
• Abusing bonus offers or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• okbae reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

VIP program benefits and cashback offers are subject to separate terms and conditions. To access VIP benefits, regular platform use and meeting the defined criteria are required.

6 Fair Play & Security

okbae is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience. All games on our platform are developed by trusted software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure. We believe in fair play principles and no manipulation or dishonest activity is tolerated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbae platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits.

• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
• Unauthorized access to or use of another user's account.
• Money laundering or conducting other illegal financial activities.
• Creating or managing an account using a false identity or information.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against okbae.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately, deposited funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

okbae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If a user fails to cooperate with the verification process or provides false information.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.

In the event of account closure, if it is not due to a breach of terms, the remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user.

12 Right to Amend Terms

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
